Molecular Gastronomy Video Conference On Wednesday the 6th October, we trialed something experimental for an NZIFST event, a lecture on Molecular Gastronomy was presented by Dr F. Riblet co-director of ‘Le Jardin Expérimental' via Video Conference with Switzerland which was fed simultaneously to six branch locations: Auckland, Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North, Wellington and Christchurch.
