CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will be held in the Ellerslie Event Centre at Greenlane East in Auckland.
For directions to the venue click HERE.

All conference presentations, trade exhibition, network social and Awards Dinner will be held in the Event Centre.

The HWL Super Chef Challenge will be held on site at the Novotel Ellerslie Hotel.

The venue for the Student function is to be confirmed.


CONFERENCE SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
Network Social – Wednesday 23rd, 5.00pm – 7.00pm (Trade Hall)
Immediately after the conference sessions on Wednesday you are invited to relax with your friends and view the trade exhibition.
Included in FULL, STUDENT, EXHIBITOR and DAY One registrations. Additional tickets $35pp incl GST

Student Function – Wednesday 23rd, 7.00pm – 9.00pm (Venue TBC)
Restricted to registered Students and invited guests
Included in STUDENT registrations.

HWL SuperChef Challenge – Wednesday 23rd, 7.00pm – 9.30pm (Novotel Ellerslie)
The social programme is taking the theme of Inspiration to Prosperity in earnest. The first evening event promises to challenge the skills of a few lucky volunteers, in recreating dishes inspired by a top Auckland chef. Who will be the NZIFST Superchef for the year?
If you feel inspired, you can try your luck at being selected to compete for the “NZIFST Superchef 2010”. Only two teams of two will actually get the opportunity to run for this title, so make sure you don’t miss out. If the spotlight isn’t for you, just come along and watch the fun - great entertainment for all!
Optional extra to all registrations. $65 per person (incl GST), Cash Bar applies. Limited to 130 people.

Conference and Awards Dinner – Thursday 24th, from 6.30pm (Ellerslie Event Centre)
Presentation of the NZIFST awards, dinner and entertainment.
Included in FULL registrations. Optional extra for STUDENT, DAY and EXHIBITOR registrations.
Additional tickets $125pp incl GST

Your accommodation is your own responsibility. There are two hotels on site at the Event Centre and they are offering discounted rates for the conference.

REGISTRATION FOR PRESENTERS
Except for students, all presenters should register as a SPEAKER for either the DAY or FULL conference.

STUDENTS, whether presenting or not, should register as a STUDENT - as this category is already heavily subsidised there is no further discount for presenting or single day attendance.   



CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds are as follows:
- On or before 21 May – Full refund
- After 21 May but on or before 11 June – Full refund less 20% administration fee
- After 11 June – No refund
- Substitutions at any time – No charge

All Social functions must be pre-booked.
- If you choose to not attend a function that is included in your registration there is no refund on your registration fee.
