A. NZIFST NATIONAL Sponsorships*
Up to TWO (2) sponsorships of $1,000 each for applicants who are either a Professional or Fellow member of NZIFST.
B. NZIFST DAIRY DIVISION Sponsorships*
Up to FIVE (5) sponsorships of $1,000 each for applicants who are members (any level) of NZIFST AND are also members of the NZIFST Dairy Division.
C. NZIFST STUDENT Sponsorships*
Up to TEN (10) sponsorships of $200 each for Student members of NZIFST
* Eligibility criteria apply and not all sponsorships will necessarily be awarded

This workshop, led by Dr Antony Fontana, a Senior Research Scientist at Decagon Devices Inc in the USA, must not be missed.
Sponsored by Formula Foods, the workshop covers theory of moisture sorption isotherms; approaches to water removal; water in drug substances and formulations; stickiness and caking in food powders; and water activity vs glass transition temperatures in milk powders.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
Only written (fax or email) cancellations will be accepted.
Substitutions accepted at any time with no charge.
Cancellation prior to 19 May: Full refund
Cancellation 19 May – 9 June: Full refund less $NZ 100+gst admin fee
Cancellation after 9 June: No refund, but conference materials will
be forwarded
There is no refund for non-attendance at those social functions listed as part of a registration package.
Please note that for organisational purposes, we ask that you confirm attendance at ALL functions. There is no refund if you choose not to attend functions that are included in the registration fee.
Additional tickets for all social functions may be purchased from the registration desk at the conference but are subject to availability.

NZIFST Dairy Division Awards
Wednesday 25th, 3.30pm – 5.00pm, Works Infrastructure Room, EEC
This year the NZIFST Dairy Industry Quality Performance Awards will be presented after the completion of the Fonterra Graduate Training Programme presentations.
This awards session is free and OPEN to all conference registrants and will be followed by light refreshments to give you the opportunity to mingle and congratulate the winners.
NZIFST Awards Dinner
Wednesday 25th June: 7.00pm for 7.30pm, Bay Trust Forum, EEC
A chance to acknowledge success and celebrate with some of our eminent members. Early in the evening we will present the main NZIFST personal awards, and then you can relax and enjoy a chat or a dance. Dress – semi-formal.
