ECOLAB SOCIAL MIXER, Monday 26th June 5.30pm – 7.15pm Exhibition Hall, SkyCity Convention Centre. You are invited to join us for light refreshments at the close of sessions on Day 1. One ticket included in the full registration fee (please indicate attendance on registration form),

Sensory Evaluation Division TASTING WORKSHOP, Monday 26h June 5.30pm – 7.15pm SkyCity Convention Centre. Taste and learn about Dessert wines and gourmet ice creams. Light refreshments will be available.
Tickets must be ordered - NZIFST SE Members no charge, non-members $20.

GEA Process Engineering / Westfalia Medieval Party. Monday 26th June 7.30pm – late Follow the pied piper to a fun filled night of dinner and dance. For your costume hire needs please contact the Medieval Shop on 09 302 3500.

NZIFST-DIANZ Awards Dinner, Tuesday 27th June: 7.00pm – late, SkyCity Convention Centre. A chance to acknowledge and celebrate our “tall poppies”. Early in the evening we will present the main NZIFST and Division awards, and then you can relax and dance to the smooth tones of Roger Fox. Dress – semi-formal. One ticket included in full registration (please indicate attendance on registration form).

Payment of Registration Fees
All amounts are in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST
Payment may be made by:
· cheque - payable to NZIFST & posted to the address on the registration form
· direct credit to NZIFST bank account (a remittance advice is required)
· credit card - we accept only Mastercard and Visa credit cards
· payment on purchase order.

Student Rates
A student must be a holder of a current student identification card from a recognised tertiary institution and not in full time employment.
Please include a copy of your student identification card with your registration.
Your registration includes Monday social mixer only.

Tax Invoice/Receipt

12.5% GST is included in all fees
A tax invoice/receipt will be issued on receipt of your registration.

Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of your payment. A receipt will be issued on payment of all fees

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified to NZIFST in writing.
Substitutions are welcome without penalty, subject to advising NZIFST 1 week prior to the commencement of the Conference
Cancellations received by 31 May 2006 – Full refund less a cancellation fee of $115 (incl GST)
Cancellations received after 31 May 2006 – No refund, but conference materials will be forwarded after the conference

Conference Amendment or Cancellation
The organisers will make every effort to secure the speakers as advertised but reserve the right to amend the programme without recompense to the delegates. In the event the organisers must cancel the conference all registration fees will be returned to delegates after reasonable non-recoverable expenses have been met.

Liability
You are reminded that you are responsible for the security of your own items. Please do not leave personal items unattended.
NZIFST, evenements Limited and SkyCity take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal goods while at the conference.

Emergency
In the event of an emergency please follow the directions of the SkyCity staff

Privacy
Personal details provided by you on the registration form are confidential to NZIFST
These will be used by NZIFST for conference purposes (such as registration, name badges, delegates lists etc); made available to all delegates and conference exhibitors and sponsors; or used for general contact purposes by the NZIFST Secretariat.
