The team at Westland Milk Products, in association with Beca, are generously inviting us for a peak behind the scenes of one of their latest investments – the milk segregation facilities at Hokitika. It’s now possible to segregate and process milks with special qualities such as A2 or grass fed, where previously all milk was considered equal. Westland has used 360° video technology for more than five years to enable customers and consumers all over the world to experience the West Coast, and now they’re taking it into the production facilities.
